And not even by very much.

We've probably all earned enough this afternoon whilst bitching and moaning about it on here, to pay the fecking difference!

SA - so you don't pay for IR35 yet you said before

"IR35 - yes, its a good thing. We should definately be getting the richer people to start paying the taxes they should be."

So you are one of these richer people so why are you not paying up?
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

          I preferred version 1!

            also from the budget:

Small firms will be able to claim a new 100% relief for new capital investment up to £50,000, claim a 175% tax credit for research and development, and claim a new tax credit for environmental investment.
so 3 months on the bench means 3 months R&D being paid minimum wage with a tax credit
although i doubt it will be that simple

JUST LEAVE US THE F**K ALONE YOU SCOTTISH T**T !!!
Yeah I know you contract folks don't get pensions, holidays, training, guaranteed work, redundancy pay, sick pay, medical benefits etc etc but apart from that you are employees and should be taxed accordingly.
C**T !!!!! Removing MSC's will make no difference apart from causing me aggro doing paperwork I don't want to do..

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I think us richer folks should pay more taxes yes.
I just dont fall inside it - if I did, I would pay it.

And for people who DO fall inside it, I'm pleased they're caught.

And when they bring out a new tax to catch people like me, I'll hold my hands up and be happy about it.

What dont you understand about that?

You mean you sent the money to the tax man but he gave it you back?
