Does anyone remember when one of the questions on the form was "Are you now or have you ever been a member of the following organisations?" and one of the said organisations was the "Welsh Nationalists"?Originally posted by courtg9000 View Post

He was right enough. When Prince Charles was making his way to the castle an explosion was heard in the distance.
Riding in his carriage, the prince turned to the Secretary of Wales George Thomas and asked what caused the blast, wrote Thomas in his book.
He was told it was the "royal salute". Prince Charles replied: "If so, it was a peculiar royal salute."
George Thomas replied: "There are peculiar people up there."
