    HMRC vs Bank of London

Or rather HMRC issues a winding up order for the Bank of England’s holding company (no, I didn’t know that either).

How can only ONE person own the holding company for the Bank of England? What the hell is going on there then??

Dan Neidle has just tweeted this.

Edit: corrected title, I’m a plonker sometimes.

Someone in the accounting forum was looking at Bank of London for saving accounts not so long ago, IIRC. I wonder how that worked out
