I wonder if any of our brethren have been double caught by the contractor schemes and now the Barrister approved BTL schemes.

That's just capital gains tax there are likely to be a whole set of other taxes (stamp duty say) that HMRC will also be seeking..

its going to be worse than this, Labour are going to ban evictions, insist on pets etc. Capital gains tax and you will feel like you are on a porn set without lube.

Should drive the conservative voters out of BTL so the large companies can take over.and organise donations.
