How do you feel about the ethnic cleansing of Jews in Islamic countries surrounding Israel?
How about the Genocide of of millions in certain Muslim sects in many Islamic countries.
How about the human rights abuses in Islamic countries - Israel doesn't have a proud history of throwing gays off car parks etc.

There are Arab citizens of Israel. There are Arabs serving in the IDF. There are even Arab members of the Knesset.

The other Arab nations aren't massively fond of Palestinians either. If you were to wear a keffiyeh in Egypt, you'd certainly attract attention from the police.
