                    Swear blind, 100% true. We had a Richard Head in my year at school.

                    Not sure why (we weren't a particularly kind bunch) but he was always called by his full first name.

                      That was not an uncommon occurrence at my school, two protagonists fight it out and then gain some respect for each other. The teachers at my school used to give those who couldn't be dissuaded from a fight a pair of boxing gloves and had them fight it out behind the gym curtains. Rarely did you find out who had won!
