There is also the possibility that presenter is being blackmailed. 17 year old lying about their age and then told him and started demanding money, which might tie into the drug addiction.

£35k for some 17/18/19/20 year old's nudes seems odd.

Apparently they met on Only Fans or similar website. So the assumption by the presenter would be the 'victim' is over 18 based on the T&C of the site. It looks like the victim is a male after all.

I'm not saying it's impossible for people to fork over that kind of money over a few years to 'sugar babies', but seems a little odd right? Its fair to assume anyone on onlyfans is 18+, but as soon as you are told they are or were 17 you would nope the **** out of there and plead ignorance.

This sounds like another Schofield, married presenter in the closet all his life, prefers them at the younger end of the legal scale.

Difference is he got caught with his pants down (have you seen the pictures on twitter) while crossing over the nude pics legality line by a few months.

Assuming there are no real skeletons in this guys closet. It is a rather sad story and i feel quite sorry for him and his wife.

I've seen the picture but apparently it's been debunked as a deepfake.

BBC: Claims about presenter 'rubbish' - young person's lawyer

                  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-66159357

Claims made by the mother at the heart of the BBC presenter scandal are "rubbish", a lawyer representing the young person has said.

                    1) Sun makes claims based on mother's word.

                    2) Kiddo told the Sun it was bulltulip prior to publication.

                    3) Police are aware but haven't, yet, opened an investigation.

                    4) Kiddo instructed big law firm to send denial letter to BBC, and presumably looking to sue Sun.

                    5) Bunch of BBC presenters are going to get a nice defamation windfall.

                    Congratulations lawyers, you win again.
