              So it's been up for sale for 350K for 5 years and the article says
              The average price for a flat in the vicinity is £282,843 according to Zoopla, so this may factor into the lack of interest from buyers.
              No tulip sherlock. 67k or 21% over average price.

              The problem isn't the flat, its' the idiot/chancer that owns it.
