I am thinking if buying a private island when it is all over.

Certainly there is material to make a movie, nobody leaves alive...

As I approach my longest stint on the bench in, what - 18 years or so, this is something I need to give some serious thought.

I'm seriously thinking about doing something quite menial like buying a pickup and pulling in some landscaping work, Relatively minimal initial outlay and bags of work to be had judging by all the posts on local FB pages; obviously not anywhere near the renumeration of an IT gig but with my mortgage almost paid up, I could certainly do this so long as my body holds together....

...and I thnik it would make me a lot happier.

Was planning on semi-retiring and moving to the highlands, found the perfect area. I've put the house up for sale unfortunately just as things turned down in the economy and people arent spending their Covid money.

If any of you down south lot with a bit of spare cash, want to move to the beautiful north west and have 600k to spare let me know.

Anyway, until then dreams of retiring are on hold.

Hull isn't in the "North West" - unless you're setting off from Paris.

Its all planned but you know plans of mice and men.
