Absolute bollocks of an answer. At least 1 firm would ensure no VAT was charged and market conditions would rapidly force other firms to do the same.Originally posted by SueEllen View Postmerely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

I thought all medical supplies were 0% rated for VAT? I know when I bought a spare CPAP machine (my NHS one is too big for travelling with) it was VAT free.Comment

Apparently a defibrillator isn't a medical supply.Originally posted by David71 View PostI thought all medical supplies were 0% rated for VAT? I know when I bought a spare CPAP machine (my NHS one is too big for travelling with) it was VAT free.

I think worth having a defibrillator at home.
They say survival rate is based on how near you are to a defibrillator or medical attention.
Based on ambulance wait times they are not worth relying on.
Does anyone keep one at home? or access to one in the community?

When we lived in the Surrey Hills, we raised the funds to get one for the local village. Where we are now, the village hall already has one.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
