That's why we convince them to go back aged 35+ with some skills and knowing what "better" government looks like. In the UK we have university educated a lot of foreign politicians.

we did in the 70s & 80s most of our bedsit tenants were African Princes or Chinese middle class (their Dads were party members etc). The Arab sheiks just sons just rented mansions.

Most after attending UNI/Eton etc went back to run small countries.

Problem is if you come from less than royalty in a trumphole country then the UK seems like heaven or at least worth coming across the sea in a Dinghy.
