        Second home owners, wealthy pensioners, oil company executives, landlords, you. This is worse than Rashford begging for free food for his tenants so he can whack the rents up.

        I’ll be handing back thousands through inflation so I’m already suffering.

          This is not even showing up a a "blip" on Shell or BP's share price which confirms my view that ultimately it's a tax that the consumer will be paying. They'll just simply wind back North sea oil production and sell at an even higher price.
