    What's so special about this second-hand Hoover?

    The bidding started at £40 a week ago and it's now reached £206, and there are still 4 days to go.

    Is it an antique or something?

    Mebbe cos it's 1300 watts? 2017 EU regulations limited vacuum cleaners to 900W.
