We wouldn't have joined for several reasons but Bliar persuaded parliament that it was a question of national safety given Saddam's WMD arsenal. Other reasons against included lack of preparation and materiel and it was nothing to do with defeating terrorism in any but the most remote way.Originally posted by AtW View Post
