Was really lucky earlier in the year that I switched to OVO from bulb and am on a really good tariff which will take me to summer next year. Hopefully by then energy prices will settle down or I'll move to some rich oil state... God knows.

I recently switched away from Bulb and it completed when the earlier reports about them being in trouble were doing the rounds. I got refund of my credit balance last week, so timing was pretty handy. -
I'm working for one of the big energy companies at the moment.
They are losing £400 a year for every customer on a standard tariff due to the price cap.

My energy supplier, Bulb, has announced that it has gone into administration, which is fantastic because they can help me with my tax return.
