IIRC he had some over elaborate way of sprinkling salt on food that went viral and his entire restaurant empire is based on that, with the London one attracting free PR for the overpriced gold leaf food, overpriced drinks (free tea!) and now pittance remuneration.Originally posted by Mordac View Post
