I had never heard of salt bae until recently and now he keeps popping up on my social feeds and see him in the news.
Not sure what he is so famous for.

IIRC he had some over elaborate way of sprinkling salt on food that went viral and his entire restaurant empire is based on that, with the London one attracting free PR for the overpriced gold leaf food, overpriced drinks (free tea!) and now pittance remuneration.
