It is summer so people are going to buy more bottled water.
Bread and rolls are used for BBQs.
Meat is eaten in BBQs.

It's not a recent issue. Bottled water has been in short supply for four weeks. There is less water coming from the EU therefore the shoppers are changing to UK brands but there is a shortage of lorry drivers and a shortage of plastic. It will worsen again in January when EU deliveries will dry up due to excessive paperwork and a shortage of customs officials. In January the new custom rules come into force.I'm alright JackComment
