    This one isn't.

apparently the driver was overtaking on a bend to avoid an accident.

'The driver indicated that the black car in the video came from the Ludlow Food Factory right in front of the door and he had to swerve to avoid a collision'

There was a junction just on the right, so if the black car had just pulled out of there without taking proper care, then the HGV driver did well to avoid hitting him if the other lane was clear.

Best not to jump to conclusions when you have only half the evidence.

But Mr Kay claimed: 'The lorry was already by the side of him at the food centre junction, there is a turn off point in the middle of the road which he was overtaking on.
There is a junction on the right but the black car doesn't seem to be coming out of it.

Watch the video at 07 the lorry is accelerating and pulling out around the black car who seems to be firmly on the road. The cars coming on the other side managed to slow dramatically in the 50 mph road. The car recording slowed to a stop.

I have seen a car pull out in front of a truck in real life and the truck having to swerve at high speed to use the other lane to avoid a collision.

eg (in this case the other lane was blocked and the trucker couldnt use it)

Not saying this happened here, but i would keep an open mind until i a saw all the evidence.

yep the driver id pull out there but the lorry driver didn't slow down.

Not suggesting that lorry drivers are all bad but it seems their judgement in these cases were poor.
