But it's not about wimping out ... the reason so many men commit suicide is because they are considered 'wimps' when they show their emotions, so they hold it in, it builds up and they feel they only have one 'manly' solution.
I get upset, I cry, I'm grieving. I'm not ashamed of that and it's certainly not being a wimp.I am what I drink, and I'm a bitter man

A lot of men are scared of emotions, they see it as a weakness. The irony of course is they then haven't got the strength to deal with someone who is upset.Originally posted by ladymuck View PostHe's not wimping out at all.I am what I drink, and I'm a bitter man

But, for the record, this is early in the evening and the place actually gets full. But hey, you carry on with your snidey comments if it makes you feel happy.I am what I drink, and I'm a bitter man

Sadly CUK has a bad reputation for people posting personal stuff. AtW posted some great stuff about 10-15 years ago. Some poster was really crude. I am no fan of AtW but some things are over the line.Originally posted by Whorty View PostWow, you really are being a dick NAT - did someone upset you recently?

In these cases I am usually more worried about people who make the snidey comments as something is clearly very wrong with them.Comment
