TBH it doesn't seem bad for the price and location, unless it is in the middle of a drug and crime ridden estate.

Is there some horror I have overloooked in the place itself?

"The apartments boasts floor to ceiling windows" - you can see them on the outside pic

But it's underground. Not one of the photos showed the windows from the interior or the view out of them. There's no windows marked on the floor plan. That's an above ground window on the outside photo.

Looks ideal if you don't really want to be seen.

Think money counting machines, poker table, hideout/safe house, etc.

When I first saw it I thought it was great... and for that price! Proper cool man pad but looking closer something isn't right. So much more could have been done with that amount of floor space. Granted it might have looked smaller and pokey but there are two bedrooms to be had there surely. With such a blank canves even at one bed room so much more could have been done to make it much cooler.

Looks like someone has flipped a big space as fast and as cheaply as possible but why would they do that in London? Bit more effort and that could have been as cool as fook!

Bet that cooker hood goes absolutely nowhere.

I bet there is a back story or more to it than that advert which makes it a hell of a lot less appealing in the flesh.

It used to be a gym. Al they did was strip it out, put in a barely functioning kitchen and call it good.

The shower / toilet are the ones from the changing rooms, seem the comment about "unique storage space". Even the curtain on the cubicles are still there.

It does have windows at one end, below street level looking out onto a flight of stair leading back up to the street.

It's a big empty industrial space that needs shifting, probable cos the original owners have gone bust in the pandemic.

If that is the case someone is gonna get a bargain there and with a bit of money spent on it could have a super desirable pad. I am assuming it's been through proper planning permission for change of use and the like though.

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
