£22 billion and counting. More than the police and fire service combined, for a service that hasn't delivered at any point. There needs to be a serious enquiry, and some even more serious prison time when this is all over. -

"The necessary due diligence was carried out."
"There is no evidence of corruption, nepotism, or fraud in the awarding of government contracts or the decision on who to run them."

Sounds about right. 12 billion (if the figure upthread is accurate) spent on something that would only be effective in a very narrow scenario, seeing as the UK borders (flights) have never been controlled adequately to stop the system being overwhelmed purely on incoming numbers let alone any active transmission in country.Originally posted by AtW View PostTrack and Trace won't work with so many infections, 5k infections per day was probably maximum

The Google-owned video sharing site has not yet commented on the incident or confirmed the reasons for taking the action. In a statement posted to Twitter, talkRadio said it was waiting for an explanation from the technology giant. However, there have been reports the takedown may be related to a breach of YouTube rules around coronavirus misinformation.
