This has the making of a good idea to boost take up of vaccination. If all countries refuse entry to those without proof of vaccination and medical care for those in common travel areas then more than likely a larger proportion of people will take it up. This has the advantage that each nation is acting against foreigners not their own populations. Also makes it harder for protests to take place as who would they protest against, the rest of the world?

Turing was done for gross indecency, which encompasses a range of activities. Being gay was not a crime.

He decided to take drugs as he at least agreed in principle that this was something that could be 'cured'. He wasn't forced to take anything.
