So this government is telling us there is a lockdown, stay inside, wear masks, maintain social distancing and all that malarkey but they themselves are going about spreading the virus about.

You forgot that No. 10 as a workplace is apparently Covid secure.
Is the cabinet office considered a large employer? Regardless they should be reported to either the HSE or local council for breach of H&S regulations.
