Git into contracting the same way and just passed 12 years.
Lost both parents
Been to about 8 countries, some a few times.
Worked in London for about 6 years, Canary Wharf for 5 of those.
Seen all the kids leave home, one marriage to pay for next year if this Covid tulip ever ends.
Bought the 320d Sport auto that I always wanted.
Got rid of the debt years ago - just the mortgage to polish off now.

Since I joined CUK
- 2 kids, same missus
- Spent about 7 years contracting with never more than a week between gigs. Spent a lot of time in Germany, France, Switzerland, USA and Turkey contracting and loved it for a period
- The other 6 years permie in a few consultancies, one of which Accidenture bought out
- Left London, for surrey and now hampshire countryside
- Got properly fit with running and lifting and binning alcoholComment
