She burnt her passport so it is her job to get a replacement like anyone who had an "accident" with their passport.

Anyway was listening to a solicitor today on the radio who represents her mother and her mother's side of the family. He talked about the law and mentioned her family wanted her in the UK but refused to say anything to indicate she was a likeable character.

Sure, her job to pay the fee to get new passport - but she can't do it since her citizenship was revoked - she can't even defend herself properly as she is refused entry, total BS.

She is not defending herself nor will she be cross-examined she is mealy an "Applicant" in legal terms. She has a full legal team and a QC at the tax payers expense. The QC has been will put her case to the court and/or tribunal. If she was in the country she would no be allowed to speak in court whilst she has a QC speaking for her. but she could sit near him. In fact if she was in the country, she would not even need to attend court as long as she is legally represented.

She is apparently still in the camp she did her interviews from.

So she is in an unsafe country where she can be killed anytime, seems imperative to return her back while the matter is being dealt with, otherwise who is going to go to prison if she dies there, that Home Office minister?

She could always hitch-hike most of the way, and swim the last bit.

I expect it's a bit like how it was hard in 1946 to find a German who had supported the Nazis.
