Keep in mind you have to tell any future buyer about any disputes you have had with neighbours. Could be seriously off putting for this reason I would just suggest you sell up and move on.Comment

I'd be cautious of getting into a dispute with them because, legally, you would have to disclose that to prospective purchasers.
