Portfolios of rental properties starting to come on line. More about september time. One of my advertisers has just put 80 flats in the east midlands on the market.
I keep an keep on the Edinburgh market... hoping something will come up to allow me to reenter. Probably still a couple of year away. In the meantime I notice the same, landlord portfolios - fixed price - they are not even bothering to do offers over, that tells a story in itself.

It's something you take out, to buy your ex-wife a large comfortable house.

Pretty flexible. Either Edinburgh or Glasgow, where properties are still kind of affordable

I have nothing at all in Edinburgh not even a pub or a kebab shop.
                  Plenty in Glasgow though

Keep an eye on Glasgow too... especially in the West end. Lovely people, lovely architecture.
