Is Ireland in a LESS sorry state, than the UK do you think?Originally posted by Old GregI admit I'm just a lazy, lying cretinous hypocrite and must be going deaf♕Keep calm & carry on♕Comment

Well that is actually an interesting question. Ireland certainly started off with a much worse health service, which is a clear disadvantage. My sense that it is doing a better job of preparing, but it will only be clear in retrospect. The sense here is that London in particular is in real trouble. But maybe we're not that far away. Also, I spend most of my waking hours involved in preparations for the worst case scenarios and that does make me rather pessimistic, perhaps overly so.Originally posted by Bean View PostDon't be angry & sad about earlier Old Greg, plod onwards comrade, every day is a learning opportunity
