Two days ago no outside IR35 roles, today, loads

Not exactly loads as we are in a pandemic but straight away I suddenly see outside IR35 roles.

Companies when the risk is not on them: Great we can get cheaper labour
Companies when the risk is on them: Oh er we better be super cautious and make everyone inside, we don't want a fight with hmrc
Companies when the risk is not on them: Great we can get cheaper labour

I am completely against IR35, I think there are better ways to ensure everyone pays the same amount of tax but I find it quite astonishing companies attitude to them taking the risk as opposed to the PSC's.

So, quit your current role if it's inside, and take one of the new ones.
