The good old 'Ministry of Information' which became the 'Central Office of Information' and used to promote all those public health and safety drives such as 'Clunk, Click, every trip,' sadly it no longer exists which explains no public health and safety announcements. People such as Lord Maude (chairs an advertising firm) and the Taxpayers Alliance (right wing pressure group founded by libertarian Conservatives) campaigned against it and it was put to rest. Might have been useful in these times...
