Reports for UK LLP non residents - Sockie thread

    Hello
Going to open UK LLP for 2 non residents.
What should we submit annually to Companies House and HMRC?
There will be not VAT for now.

Please do not advise to ask some tax adviser/accounting

Want to do all things ourselves

    Thanks in advance

And you want it all for free? If you think getting a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur.

And could you brain dump all your skills/expertise here for free please? Ta.

Then I would advise researching the whole of HMRC’s website before getting yourself trained and qualified in tax advice, ‘provider’.

No owner of LLP/LTD here is doing reports to Companies House and HMRC himself ?

I thought this will be right forum to ask

Questions about Ltd’s? Fire away! Questions about LLP’s, not so much.

I don’t know of any poster here who has owned up to using an LLP, they’re too problematic usually.

Plenty of LTD. Although I pay an accountant as it’s not expensive and as someone said, it’s cheaper to have an accountant than not.
            Not may LLPs.
Pretty much zero where the LLP partners are non-UK resident.

You are trying to invent a tax avoidance scheme I reckon. Don’t expect too much from here as most posters (except the thick ones) are straight as a die when it comes to advice.

There is nothing to invent. LLPs don`t pay tax for foreign source income, only for the UK sourced.
Thus it is 0% as we don`t work for UK market and partners are paying income tax only in the place of their residency. This is worldwide famous scheme

The only question here which forms should be submitted to Companies House and HMRC as we don`t want to use some agents/intermediates

why don't you ask HMRC what they require?

Will they reply if you email them?

Irish tax service did, i have clarified everything with them, but Irish company or partnership doesn`t fit us unfortunately.
