Does this IR35 malarky affect the contract outside UK also?
what if we do contract in europe, will it be inside or outside IR35 ?Comment

As JMO21 mentioned: They are in process of awarding the contract to Cognizant or Tata.
- I didn't mention anything about anyone awarding any contract to Cog or Tata. RL do have a lot of Cog people already on site. No idea if there are any Tata.
- in bold, that is not what I am seeing at RL, they are disengaging Ltd co contractors form 14th Feb, but will continue to use contractors PAYE/brolly through a preferred partner.
- I imagine Cog will get more business as a result of the Ltd co decisionComment

Of course, lets not forget, if you're a mon-fri stay away contractor its going to have an even larger effect. No more expenses. £200-£300 a week on hotels plus a long drive are now funded out of YOUR post-tax income.
Again with me, gig is 13 miles away from home so makes not a lot of difference to me. In fact, if anything it narrows down the field. No-one is going to be keen to come to wales and have to shell out for hotels as well.

Not much in the way of embedded stuff around here & I'm certainly not paying for hotels and mileage out of my taxed income.
