Not sure which season the 'fewer not less' meme starts but it's when Stannis is on the scene. A few other characters repeat it later. You're in for a treat if you ever watch it. Some think it's all about dragons, sword fights, and naked women, but there's also a more subtle message.

Upset is someone who argues a points but doesn't accept that others might have more knowledge and disagree with them.

I think Ziggy shouldn't be upset. He's quite reasonable in not accepting that Greta, at the wise old age of 16, doesn't have more knowledge than him, just a bigger attitude problem (tough to take in, I know).
