I just sit there and get on with things.

Now despite what OG and NLUK I dont do desktop support. BUT the desktop team sit near me.

Theres one permie who gets overexcited and shouts all the time. I know exactly what user have said, how stupid they are, in detail. How can you get so excited?

After all, nothing more exciting than changing out those keyboards ;-)
