Well we don't get all the facts on here, so everyone has to jump to a lot of conclusions....but to me it seems like she's working out how she can get her mits on the cash rather than working out what's wrong in the relationship.

once the lawyers get involved it will get alot worse.

BTW whose fault it is makes no difference to the settlement. Except in the case of one of those high value divorces recently - and I expect a legal challenge on that point.
