Remember one permie I worked with was off for months with a bad back - 6 months or something. He had a visit arranged with HR to his home and he'd forgotten.
So, of course, HR manager turned up outside and watched him landscaping his garden, digging, lugging stuff around all sorts. I remember he kept the 6 months pay but got asked to resign which I though he got off likely.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment
