Well I'm motivated. Been on holiday for 7 weeks.

Got over a years warchest in the company account, rent from three houses and ten years worth of expenditure cover in the bank, which takes me up to early retirement where I have a decent pot.

Fook I cant even be bothered to get out of bed to go and get a contract.

Better do something I suppose. Any ideas?

Clearly you're not married and don't have any kids, which is why you can survive on the rent from 3 houses and why 10 years' worth of expenses is probably something like £500/month for you.

Anyway, as for doing something: play Fortnite. It'll suck up the hours from your remaining days like you never would have thought.

You can't retire on your pittance. You need at least 5 million in net assets.
Anyway I know 2 people who retired in their 50s, having made millions. One died and the other one has gone nuts.
