      It would seem Al Gore would disagree with him. If you get the chance, you should see his film 'An inconvenient truth'. It's interesting viewing...

        How very true - I will try to fart less in the future, proud in the knowledge Im doing my bit.

        To tell you the truth -no matter what you do or how much green tax you pay or whatever impassioned political speech you care to listen to - were doomed.

        And do I care - not a jot.

        So there.

          Al Gore at it again. Is he right or is he a scaremongerer?

            Sounds like the mumbling, bearded pratt is trying to be controversial to bouy his flagging TV career.

            Either that or he's 'doing an Icke' and descending into utter lunacy.

            The science is overwhelmingly conclusive about Global Warming and it's causes.

            Watch out for the bearded one sporting a purple shellsuit.

            You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

              The difference is that he explains why whereas you do not.

                David Bellamy;

                In 2004, he wrote an article in the Daily Mail in which he described the theory of man-made global warming as "poppycock". A letter he published in New Scientist (16 April 2005) asserted that a large percentage (555 of 625) of the world's glaciers were advancing, not retreating. He has since admitted that the figures on glaciers were wrong, and announced in a letter to The Sunday Times on 29 May 2005 that he had "decided to draw back from the debate on global warming"

                The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

                But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

                    The other thing I never understood about global warming is whenever these people say "that millions of tons " of C02 are being pumped intot the earths atmosphere, then why does it float in the atmosphere defying gravity?

                      Yeah. It's like wind farms. Why farm the feckin stuff when there seems to be plenty of it blowing around. They'll be importing foreign wind next
