Haven't you been saying that since the last crash, 10+ years ago? If you wait long enough you're likely to be proven right I suppose. It could of course be that there is a non-Brexit fudge agreement in which case both property values and sterling will go up - but that depends on the level of fudge.Hard Brexit now!
