Tell them you are unable to deliver training as it is outside the scope of the terms of your engagement and this would invalidate your insurance. Quote them your usual grand a day to do training with a 50% arsehole supplement if certain named members of the permanent staff are participating and a 100% cunt supplement if a certain contractor is participating.

As a contractor you are going to have gigs like this from time to time, it's a time-worn scenario. Team lead/senior out of their depth and covering this by appearing tough on supplier standards by getting rid of people constantly, I'm just always surprised that clients never seem to cotton on. These projects never deliver.

I average one about every 8-10 years, usually, I jump before they strike. Happens more in defence projects due to the generally poor quality of project leads and utterly stupid management.
