I hear there are jobs going at Foxton's. You'd be ideal material.

say you went for a job at XYZ ltd through Elan for instance and i put through Dodgyagent for the same role. If i found out you had an interview there up against my candidate, i would find out your name from the hiring manager saying something like, "who didnt they send over that i missed then?" or "can you put my mind at rest because i thought i looked at everybody that was perfect for the role and was available" that way he blabs your name, i then check every available database and call you if i have your details.

we also do this if a certain contractor gets a job over our one, we do the same thing but say we need them to start on the same day somewhere else for more money and then stage a fake tel interview.

does that make a bit more sense?

everyone loves a fake job advert aswell.

areas that they find it hard to recruit in at the moment are all the ERP / SAP areas. so watch those.

                    Also.....

the average margin of a contractor with XX any guesses?
