The XX Gang
Look at:
<edit - sorry had to delete the link />
All the 'brands' and XXs market strategy are shown. It doesn't mention recording phone conversations though. That said, one of the XX crew did tell me once that all calls *are* recorded and kept in their CRM system. Makes sense really.

for those that are interested i will continue to post. for those that arent, simply dont read. its no skin off my nose at the end of the day.
here's one that you may have had happen to you.
When we get knowledge of our candidates being up against another candidate for an interview we will find out the other candidates name using the "just to put my mind at rest to see which one i overlooked" line. We will then call this candidate and offer another interview for a fake role in some random place. and shock horror its coincidentally on the same day and/or time as their interview at our place. obviously with our role paying more and being for longer they turn down the other one and go to ours. leaving us to place the other one.
We are actively encouraged to do this. usually we will have a favourite made up name for the agency and the consultant.
like was said earlier. this info is free. you get no awards for coming here and slating me saying this that and the other. yes i work for a rec agency. no i was never technically minded enough to be an IT contractor so apologies for not being on your level. But in no way am i lower in life than anybody else. I work honestly at what i do and put everything i can into it. If i had the ability to do what you do i would do it. but then again i can speak 5 different languages so i know i cant be as stupid as some people seem to thinkComment
