If you've already been offered a deal saving you £600-900, what are you wanting further advice?
You may feel like you're being bullied, but your questioning, reluctance to read and attitude in responses aren't the best.
Let's put some of the responses a different way:
Mortgage advisor 1 makes all his money from the fees/commission he makes from a lender
Mortgage advisor 2 makes most/all his money from the fees/commission he chargers the borrower.
If MA1 is offered £500 by the Halifax and £1000 by Nationwide, which one do you think he'll try to sell more of?
If MA2 is charging £750 fees to the borrower, is he more or less likely to be biased as to which mortgage he recommends to you?
And if you are a contractor, you'll want a mortgage advisor who knows how to get deals for contractors. I'd prefer to get a mortgage that might cost an extra £1 a year over the life of it, than not get one but think it was because no mortgage was available.
...but that's not the answer you're looking for.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

To OP. If you're so desperate to not pay any fees why don't you do the legwork yourself. I haven't used a mortgage broker/IFA in years, since they couldn't beat a deal I found with some googling. Mind you I have a good credit rating and deposit.
One way or another you'll pay for advice. Unless you do it yourself. But as you've been trying since September, with no success, you probably should pay someone. How about Freelancer Financials, who answered all your previous questions, and you have spoken to directly.
Other lenders who do contractor mortgages:
COOP - But not via an IFA
YBS - excellent rates for offset mortgages at the momentSee You Next TuesdayComment

I know a lot of you praise the services of a few of the popular mortgage advisors who charge a fee. I had a fee free one lined up but they have now started to charge a fee, it seems they will still take a fee from the lender and now charge a fee to me. Can any of you suggest a fee free mortgage advisor please.
