To be fair, just because you have had tulipty experiences with individuals from the Europe, doesn't negate the chronic problems with Indian outsourcing companies.

Nope it doesn't.

But it illustrates outsourcing can go wrong where you decide to outsource work to.

The issue with India is some accountants who manage companies think it is very cheap compared to Europe and all outsourcing staff are at least just as educated, trained and competent as the British staff they have replaced.

I've dealt with similar behaviour from groups of individuals from several Northern European countries that I worked in.
