You mean the Private Company Limited by Guarantee bit that's usually associate with not for profit or group membership setups? You think there is a bit of smoke and mirrors/dodgy dealings going on?
Or it's just the word that should not be spoken backwards? Same as..

I always knew he was a Satanist.
When I rented my London flat during my divorce, the letting agent told me about another tenant who complained about a tramp keep turning up at 1am causing trouble.
It turned out Dave Stewart alo lived in the block.
The tramp was Geldof.Comment
