If you check out which areas are doing this you'll find that their Councils are run by people who have an invested interest in their family/friends businesses having more going their way, follow the money.Comment

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd agree with NLUK, but there we go. I would add that it's an international disgrace, and also a local community failure.The paucity of prosecutions and lack of convictions is indeed a national disgrace.Comment
