                Those "terrorists" must have way too much time on their hands, have you seen the queues in Lidl? There may well be a very good argument in favour of warfare on a budget, but surely not when a timer device is involved...

                  Seems it was an 18 year old. This explains why he didn't get on the train at Wimbledon and head to Clapham Junction, Waterloo or Victoria to cause the most disruption.
