Just doing the roast and doing my speciality of marmite roast potatoes. With the exception of mustard, what other really cool tasty things do people add to roasties to make them special?

I use this recipe but at the end roast them traditional roast potato style. But not with Sunday lunch. Jeera Aloo recipe - Roast potatoes with cumin seeds - My Indian Taste
Marmite sounds a bit disgusting, but I respect the diversity of roast potato techniques.Comment

You stick to getting marmite on your spuds - which actually sounds disgusting and I am a fan of marmite.
Salt and pepper, cooked in goose/duck fat or lard. Never oil.Comment

Garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper, and all coated in goose fat does it for me...His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...Comment
