At a zebra crossing they have right before that.
Went through this with the police recently. On a zebra crossing they have right of way once they are on the road. NOT BEFORE THAT. I was stunned.

Speaks someone who has never ridden through a city in rush hour. Just try it and you will change your mind.

Sadly you will sit there in your car, turning green as my £200 bike goes ten times as fast as your £20k car.

You use one fact to support a much wider assertion. That is why it's called a generalisation, and why it's not based on fact, it just has one fact that supports it.

And there's no 'z' in generalisation.
Because it is not entirely true. Though I doubt if Sir Bradley Wiggins would agree.

Spelling looks fine to me: http://en.oxforddictionaries.com/def...generalization

Apart from that, Brillo is of course talking nonsense, and has already confessed on this thread to criminal acts (assault and criminal damage) against a pedestrian.

The disgusting disregard for her welfare as demonstrated by his online comments after the event, combined with his singular self interest on whether his bike was damaged as a result; unbelievable!

Does not mean it was his fault.

People who think his comments were crass should try cycling through a city.

No, the court will decide if he is at fault.

I was highlighting what a complete chunt he was showing complete lack of compassion for the woman he injured (who later DIED). And that he seemed only to care about whether his bike was damaged.

Bloody stupid not to have two brakes on a bike like this. There is no excuse.

One of the issues in this case is he made comments on social media before the case had been properly investigated.

He incriminated himself by doing that.

H's certainly made himself an unsympathetic defendant.
